Unemployment rate drops to 8.6%

The unemployment rate that was 9.8% in a year ago and has been stuck at about 9% since July fell in November to 8.6%.  13 million Americans remain unemployed compared to 15 million one year ago.  See the table below or click on the link for the full report.
