Newt ties or leads Romney in SC polls
Five of six recent polls in South Carolina show Gingrich either leading or tied (within the margin of error) with Romney. Newt seems to be surging just before the S.C. primary. If Gingrich wins South Carolina, Romney will come out of South Carolina with a record of 1-2 versus 3-0 which could not help but damage his momentum, if not his campaign. Bad day for Mitt.
